About the position

AxisCare is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive sales and growth by engaging with new and potential customers. This role involves prospecting and qualifying sales leads, serving as the first point of contact for incoming prospects through various channels. The Sales Development Rep will work closely with the VP of Growth and the sales team to respond to and qualify leads, ultimately creating connections that lead to exploratory calls and demos with sales directors. This position offers a foundational understanding of AxisCare's products and prepares individuals for future sales roles within the company.

Responsibilities

• Immediately responding to incoming leads from the marketing team in a timely manner
• Qualifying incoming leads and scheduling demos with sales executives
• Communicating AxisCare's high-level features and benefits to incoming customers
• Following up with historical leads who have previously been interested in AxisCare's solution
• Creating clear and concise information on each client ready for in-depth discovery calls with Sales Directors
• Building and implementing a nurturing plan for prospects not currently ready to purchase
• Using HubSpot CRM to keep performance and funnel organized
• Achieving and exceeding quotas set by the VP of Growth
• Utilizing marketing and sales enablement collateral to resource prospects during their buying journey
• Reaching out to new prospects through outbound efforts as knowledge and experience grow

Requirements

• Proven track record of overcoming objections and creating a welcoming environment for customers
• Ability to thrive in a hard-driving, fun, goal-oriented sales environment
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• A positive, can-do attitude with problem-solving skills
• Past work with a sales CRM, preferably HubSpot
• Previous experience in an inside sales/cold calling environment is a bonus
