About the position

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at NueCo Holdings is responsible for identifying and screening prospective clients to determine their suitability for the company's products and services. This role involves engaging with potential patients, nurturing leads through various communication channels, and collaborating with the sales, marketing, and clinical teams to facilitate a smooth transition of leads through the sales funnel.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through warm calling and email marketing campaigns.
  • Evaluate prospective patients and determine if they are a good fit for the company's products or services.
  • Schedule meetings between approved patients and clinical teams.
  • Keep detailed notes on prospective patients and customer interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Work closely with the clinical and operations team to ensure a smooth transition of information and feedback from qualified leads.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, to be mutually determined within 30 days of hire.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Associates degree and 2 years of experience in-lieu of bachelor's degree.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related role in healthcare/health tech is advantageous.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to improve performance.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Resilience and persistence in the face of rejection.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
