RTM Business Group is seeking an ambitious Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is designed for individuals who are enthusiastic about engaging in a full-cycle sales process, which includes prospecting, closing deals, and managing accounts in a B2B environment. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving the sales process from end to end, which involves identifying leads, qualifying prospects, and pitching to C-suite decision makers. You will have the opportunity to work closely with Sales Managers to manage your pipeline effectively, ensuring that you meet and exceed your sales targets. In this position, you will conduct daily prospecting activities, which include sending approximately 60 personalized emails and making around 30 cold calls each day. Your primary goal will be to research the target market, identify potential leads, and engage them through tailored outreach. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, drafting and delivering proposals that demonstrate the value of our services. This role offers a unique opportunity for both collaborative and independent work, with extensive ongoing training provided to help you succeed. The Sales Development Representative position is a full-time, hybrid role, requiring you to be in our New York City office 2-3 days a week.
