About the position

SPOTIO is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their team in Dallas, Texas. This role is crucial for driving outbound sales efforts in a SaaS environment, focusing on cold calling and setting appointments with C-suite leaders. The SDR will report to the VP of Sales and will be responsible for outreach, prospecting, and lead qualification, helping to convey SPOTIO's value proposition to potential clients.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound sales activities including cold calling and emailing.
  • Set appointments with C-suite leaders for Account Executives to close deals.
  • Qualify leads through investigative screening.
  • Deliver SPOTIO's compelling story to potential clients through effective outreach.
  • Support field sales teams by reducing administrative work and increasing visibility with real-time data.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of sales experience in an outbound sales environment.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce or equivalent CRM tools.
  • Ability to commute to the Dallas office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS startup is preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with Outreach.io, ZoomInfo, and Chargify or equivalent tools.
  • Experience in selling technology products.
