In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships by identifying the needs of prospects and suggesting appropriate products or services. You will handle both inbound and outbound sales calls, ensuring accurate data entry and maintaining the integrity of customer information in our client system. Building long-term, trusting relationships with prospects is essential, as is qualifying leads as sales opportunities. You will utilize Salesforce, make cold calls, and send emails to generate new sales opportunities while proactively seeking new business opportunities in the market. Additionally, you will set up meetings or calls between prospective customers and sales executives and report your results to the sales manager on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. Your administrative duties will include day-to-day project management tasks, inputting data into our project management system to facilitate the organized flow of projects through the business. You will also gain knowledge of the full range of resources available within the company to develop a broad understanding of the business and identify opportunities to contribute to accounts, teams, and overall business growth.
