Responsibilities

  • Run call cadences to educate future customers on the value of our solutions and drive interest in initial conversations.
  • Ask smart, targeted questions to build rapport with prospects and identify opportunities.
  • Focus on a targeted outbound list.
  • Collaborate with seasoned sales professionals to find, develop, and build key stakeholder interest across multiple customer profiles.
  • Re-engage lapsed and long-term leads to bring them back into the funnel as new product features are introduced.
  • Record prospect interactions and update records within our CRM.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree OR 1+ years of sales/customer service experience.
  • Ability to articulate value propositions via phone, video, email, and social networking platforms.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional meeting/activity notes and effective task and time management skills.
  • Highly motivated, passionate, and results-driven.
  • Willingness to contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
