Embark on a career with Bmore Technology, where your growth is our priority, and your work makes a real impact. As a result of our growing business, we are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to lead our inside sales efforts. You will work as part of the Bmore Sales Team that reports to the CEO. This role consists of setting appointments for outside sales and managing Bmore's prospect database. The Inside Sales Representation (ISR) role is purely a hunter role, and the compensation plan is designed to reward hunter mentality and activities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include proactively calling prospects over the phone, making at least 80 calls per day, achieving 12 to 15 meaningful conversations per day, and securing 3 to 5 qualified appointments per week. You will ensure that every Qualified Prospect receives "Our Message," regardless of their interest in scheduling a meeting, and arrange as many Qualified Prospect meetings as possible, preferably as face-to-face meetings. Regular progress reporting on daily, weekly, and quarterly goals is expected, along with tracking and documenting all activities in the CRM system. Additionally, you will utilize direct emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other activities to support the goal of setting 3 to 5 qualified appointments per week, scrub suspects in CRM against Bmore's Target Client Profile (TCP) criteria, and stay updated with technology knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to customers. Collaboration with the Sales Team to develop and execute effective sales strategies is also a key responsibility, along with acting as an evangelist for Bmore, promoting the unique results our services produce.
