About the position

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a crucial role in driving sustainable financial growth through sales initiatives and customer relationship management. Your primary focus will be on nurturing prospects from initial contact to post-sale support, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities for the sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Nurture and cultivate relationships with prospects throughout their journey.
  • Create a well-structured sales funnel through proactive prospecting.
  • Generate appointments and drive traffic by meeting departmental activity targets.
  • Communicate effectively with prospective customers to understand their needs and provide information about RV products and services.
  • Make 8-10 outbound calls per hour to schedule sales appointments.
  • Utilize the CRM system to record and manage customer information and sales interactions.
  • Stay updated with ongoing marketing campaigns and align efforts with marketing initiatives.
  • Track and analyze personal performance metrics, including appointments scheduled and sales achieved.
  • Be receptive to coaching and work closely with the Sales Development Manager.
  • Manage online reputation through review sites and social media outlets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless journey from initial contact to sale.

Requirements

  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Results-driven and motivated for sales.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively.
  • Prior CRM experience and computer savvy.
  • Previous sales experience is a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
