About the position

The Sales Development Representative at InvoiceCloud is responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and setting meetings with potential customers. This role focuses on generating sales demand and pipeline revenue through both inbound and outbound lead development. The position emphasizes building foundational sales skills and an authentic sales approach, with a strong commitment to professional development and career growth.

Responsibilities

  • Consistent call, email, and metric performance
  • Implement account-based selling strategies
  • Partner with sales and marketing to enhance recognition of InvoiceCloud
  • Develop strategies to target accounts based on industry and product fit
  • Build relationships with prospects by demonstrating in-depth client knowledge
  • Prospect, source, and cold call for new business opportunities
  • Educate prospects on the benefits of InvoiceCloud
  • Create customized territory targeting activities to build a sufficient pipeline
  • Identify relevant stakeholders within prospect organizations
  • Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals

Requirements

  • Experience in diagnosing prospect needs and articulating value
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective organization and time management skills
  • Eagerness to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Experience building credibility quickly to get past gate-keepers

Nice-to-haves
