About the position

The Sales Development Representative at DoRodo is responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing existing client relationships. This role involves utilizing various marketing strategies, including social media prospecting and outbound calling, to identify and qualify potential customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a solid work ethic, contributing to the company's sales growth and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Seek qualifying leads and help generate sales.
  • Use a variety of marketing strategies, including social media prospecting and outbound calling, to generate new business opportunities.
  • Identify, contact, and qualify potential customers.
  • Cultivate existing client connections.
  • Use sales software to manage leads and sales activities.
  • Manage leads through the sales pipeline.
  • Field calls from new or existing customers/clients.
  • Attend meetings and deliver reports regarding a customer's/client's progress.
  • Stay informed on industry trends that could impact the company or clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a business or marketing-related field or sufficient sales experience in lieu of formal education.
  • 1 year of cold calling experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Experience with sales software and Google Suite.
