About the position

IDR is seeking several Sales Development Representatives to join one of our Tampa, FL clients for a fantastic opportunity! As a Sales Development Representative, you will assist the sales team by generating new leads and performing business prospecting by developing relationships with new and existing clientele. You will be responsible for using Salesforce.com to keep track of client pipelining and contacting management, while also exceeding metrics centered around leads and new business prospecting. This role is crucial for driving the sales process and ensuring the team meets its targets.

Requirements

  • 1+ years' experience in sales or business development
  • Strong phone presentation and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent of experience in related field
