About the position

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for identifying and creating new qualified opportunities for their sales associate partners. This role manages the outbound sales efforts for our verticals by identifying and qualifying businesses and key decision makers to successfully position the Sunbit value proposition. The SDR role will be based out of our Las Vegas office and will contribute to building Sunbit into the #1 POS financing solution. This position provides a direct path to a full sales cycle role.

Responsibilities

  • Execute on a high velocity outbound sales strategy to reach monthly demo targets
  • Qualify and book demos for inbound leads
  • Develop outbound strategies for reaching prospects using Outreach.io

Requirements

  • SDR or Sales experience and/or a keen interest in entering a career in Sales
  • Experience selling over the phone
  • Excellent communication skills whether you're on the phone or sending an email
  • Strong outbound, cold-calling experience
  • Intelligent, go-getter, scrappy, determined, ambitious, self-motivated, and hungry for success
  • Great time management skills and ability to self-manage
  • Work well independently and in team environments

  • Experience working in startups

  • In-store point of sale (POS) financing knowledge
  • SalesForce experience
  • Outreach.io or Salesloft experience
