About the position

Personnel Services Unlimited is seeking a Sales Development Representative for a full-time, long-term opportunity that can lead to permanent hire. The role focuses on contributing to top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition, and profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new sales opportunities through cold calls and emails.
  • Identify prospects' needs and recommend appropriate products/services.
  • Build long-term, trusting relationships to qualify leads.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
  • Set up meetings or calls between prospects and sales executives.
  • Report weekly, monthly, and quarterly results to the Marketing Director.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree or 5+ years of relevant sales experience is preferred.
  • Strategic selling skills and expertise in complex selling environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Dynamics).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Team player with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
  • Professionalism and excellent customer service skills.
