About the position

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Bravura Technologies is responsible for generating leads, conducting outbound outreach, and nurturing early-stage relationships with potential clients. This role involves collaboration with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies and support digital campaigns, making it a dynamic position that combines sales and marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research on target companies and key stakeholders to identify quality leads.
  • Use multiple channels (emails, calls, LinkedIn, social media) to initiate outreach and engage prospective customers.
  • Qualify leads based on criteria such as business needs, fit, and buying potential, then pass qualified leads to the sales team.
  • Craft personalized messaging for outreach that highlights Bravura's value propositions and addresses specific customer pain points.
  • Build rapport with leads by understanding their software needs and challenges.
  • Schedule meetings for Account Executives with high-potential leads and keep detailed records of interactions.
  • Partner with the marketing team to support digital campaigns and content strategies that drive awareness and interest.
  • Contribute to the development of lead generation campaigns, such as email sequences, content distribution, and webinar promotions.
  • Provide valuable insights and feedback to the marketing team regarding lead quality, campaign performance, and customer pain points.
  • Document all outreach and lead data in CRM to maintain accurate records and track engagement.
  • Regularly update sales and marketing leadership with insights on lead activity, engagement trends, and campaign performance.
  • Analyze lead data to identify and recommend improvements in targeting and messaging for future campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales development or lead generation role, preferably in the tech or software industry.
  • Basic knowledge of marketing strategies and an interest in how marketing and sales can align to drive revenue.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales tools and marketing platforms.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for software and technology, with an eagerness to learn about Bravura's products and industry trends.
