About the position

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at RightCapital plays a crucial role in the sales process by managing a pipeline of leads and booking sales demonstrations for Sales Associates. Responsibilities

  • Leverage SalesForce to assess the current pipeline of advisors.
  • Manage a pipeline of leads, including warm leads from marketing and outbound cold calls.
  • Book an average of 2 sales demonstrations each day for Sales Associates.
  • Collaborate with the SDR Team Lead, Senior Sales Manager, and VP of Sales during brainstorming sessions to enhance sales playbooks.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a client-facing/sales role preferred.
  • Interest in SaaS sales required.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Sports Management, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Liberal Arts, Psychology, Social Studies, or related fields preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
