As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a crucial role in our sales process, working within a collaborative and innovative team environment. In this role, you will leverage SalesForce to manage a pipeline of leads, which includes a mix of warm leads generated from marketing and outbound cold calls. You will be responsible for booking an average of 2 sales demonstrations each day for Sales Associates and collaborating with the SDR Team Lead, Senior Sales Manager, and VP of Sales during brainstorming sessions to enhance our sales playbooks. This position is ideal for someone with a growth mindset, strong communication skills, and a team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage SalesForce to assess the current pipeline of advisors.
  • Manage a pipeline of leads, consisting of a balanced mix of warm leads generated from marketing and outbound cold calls.
  • Book an average of 2 sales demonstrations each day for Sales Associates.
  • Collaborate with SDR Team Lead, Senior Sales Manager, and VP of Sales during recurring brainstorming sessions to enhance sales playbooks.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a client-facing/sales role preferred.
  • Interest in SaaS sales required.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in fields such as Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Sports Management, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Liberal Arts, Psychology, Social Studies, or related preferred.
