About the position

Direct Agents is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join their business development team. This role focuses on sales prospecting, market research, and lead generation within the digital marketing sector. The ideal candidate will be energetic, ambitious, and driven to achieve sales targets while contributing to the growth of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify target industries and companies that can benefit from Direct Agents' services.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to search for and engage with new business opportunities.
  • Identify and reach out to appropriate Marketing Executives within target companies.
  • Craft and send personalized outreach emails and messages to potential clients.
  • Secure introductory calls with identified Marketing Executives to discuss potential collaborations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to transition qualified leads for further nurturing and closing.
  • Follow through with each lead by creating proposals and keeping the pipeline organized.
  • Research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and insights.
  • Attend and actively participate in conferences and industry events.
  • Efficiently manage and track leads using Pipedrive CRM.
  • Maintain a structured pipeline of opportunities within Pipedrive.
  • Provide detailed weekly reports on lead generation metrics.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of professional experience in sales or marketing.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales outreach tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Experience in digital media or technology sales is a plus.
