About the position

As a Sales Development Representative at Xactly Corporation, you will be responsible for developing lead generation experience by communicating with prospects through various channels such as phone, email, and LinkedIn. The role focuses on generating interest in Xactly's software solutions and supporting the Sales and Marketing teams in driving quality pipeline for the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with prospects via phone, emails, and LinkedIn to generate interest in Xactly software.
  • Develop lead generation experience and build relationships with internal business partners including Marketing and Sales.
  • Receive training on internal tools such as Box, Salesloft, and Salesforce.
  • Shadow experienced team members to learn best practices in lead generation.
  • Assist in the development of new campaigns to drive pipeline and participate in onboarding programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) preferred.
  • 0-2 years of relevant sales experience, including internships.
  • Previous cold calling experience required.
  • Results-driven and competitive nature.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with internal and external clients.
  • Outstanding time management skills.
  • Ability to learn and understand new products and technology.
  • Commitment to become a closing SaaS Account Executive.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in Sales Performance Management space.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and other sales tools.
