About the position

FocusKPI is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join one of our clients, playing a crucial role in supporting several Account Executives. In this position, you will be responsible for hunting for new business opportunities, identifying potential prospects, and building a robust sales pipeline. Your efforts will be instrumental in helping new prospects get started with our client’s offerings and driving revenue opportunities across various verticals. This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in the United States, and is structured as a 12-month contract with a competitive pay range of $75,000 to $95,000 per annum. As a Sales Development Representative, you will develop new client relationships while maintaining existing ones. You will provoke interest in the solutions offered on the Salesforce platform, catalyzing demand for both the solutions and the implementation services. Assisting new prospects with onboarding and addressing their inquiries about the solutions will be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will identify promising verticals that can drive increased revenue and effectively communicate the client’s value proposition while assessing buying interest from potential customers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new clients and maintain existing clients, provoking their interest in solutions on Salesforce.
  • Catalyze demand for the solutions and the implementation service for solutions.
  • Assist new prospects with onboarding and answer questions about their solutions.
  • Identify promising verticals to drive increased revenue.
  • Communicate the client's value proposition and assess buying interest.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in pipeline development or sales at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce.com or other Salesforce partner solutions.
  • Must have sales experience on implementation service of solutions on the Salesforce platform.
  • Sales experience selling solutions on the Salesforce platform is a strong plus.
  • History of meeting and exceeding quota attainment.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a relentless, driven mindset.

  • Ability to quickly understand the technical aspects of Salesforce and our solutions.
  • Mandarin or Cantonese is preferred.
