About the position

The Sales Development Representative will play a crucial role in generating sales leads and developing a pipeline for the company, particularly within the insurance or healthcare industry. This position involves resolving customer complaints, coordinating with the sales team on pricing and delivery, and maintaining customer accounts. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a passion for client satisfaction, along with the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Generate sales leads to develop pipeline
  • Insurance sales development to HR/Benefits Buyers
  • Account Management
  • Perform Sales Analysis
  • Build strong customer relationships
  • Review and analyze customer feedback
  • Maintain customer accounts
  • Pursue all internal communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Report on sales activity

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar preferred
  • 2+ years as a Sales Development Representative, Strategic Sales Associate or similar role
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar preferred
  • Recycling industry experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of sales principles
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
