Maintaining accurate and detailed information on leads in our CRM software is essential, as is ensuring smooth handoffs and feedback loops with Account Executives for qualified opportunities. Continuous learning and adaptation are key components of this role, as you will be expected to learn new skills, test innovative prospecting approaches, and contribute to lead generation efforts for both in-person and digital events. Furthermore, you will analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform and refine your outreach strategies, ensuring that you remain competitive in a dynamic market.
