You will be working in a call center environment that is metric-driven, where your performance will be constantly monitored to ensure that you meet the established targets. Your daily tasks will include making a minimum of 75 cold calls, sending emails, and utilizing text messaging to qualify leads for the Pushpay platform. You will also be responsible for scheduling appointments between prospects and Account Executives, aiming for 1-2 appointments per day. The role involves facing rejection frequently, as you may encounter prospects who are not interested, hang up, or respond rudely. However, the goal is to have meaningful conversations that help you understand the challenges faced by these organizations and communicate how Pushpay can provide solutions. You will leverage best-in-class software tools like Salesforce and Outreach to manage your prospect pipeline effectively. Collaboration with a team of like-minded individuals will be essential as you work together to achieve collective targets.
