The Inside Sales Development Representative (SDR) at NewPower Worldwide plays a vital role in the sales team, acting as a crucial link between potential customers and the global sales team. This position is focused on driving sales and contributing to the long-term growth of the business. As an SDR, your primary responsibility will be to research and understand targeted Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs), Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) Providers, Military/Aerospace sectors, Authorized Distributors, and Global Service Facilities. This involves building a comprehensive knowledge base that includes organizational structures, company buying profiles, and identifying key decision-makers and influencers within these organizations. In addition to research, you will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities through various prospecting methods, including market research, professional introductions, partner relationships, and cold calling. A significant part of your role will be to effectively communicate NewPower Worldwide's value proposition to customer executives, utilizing conversations, communications, and presentation materials as necessary. You will also be tasked with scheduling calls and meetings between prospective customers and members of the NewPower Worldwide sales team. Creativity and effectiveness in market research and contact strategy will be essential to your success in this role.
