About the position

The Sales Development Representative at CGC Water Treatment and Plumbing is responsible for generating leads and setting appointments for in-home water tests. This role involves engaging with potential customers, marketing the company's services, and promoting brand awareness in the Greater Charlotte area and surrounding regions. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, relational, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate leads for in-home water tests.
  • Set appointments for the sales team.
  • Generate in-store leads at Home Depot and educate associates on Kinetico products.
  • Communicate with potential customers via phone to schedule appointments.
  • Attend trade shows and networking events to promote CGC Water.
  • Maintain and improve relationships with the community to create brand awareness.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of sales principles.
  • Experience in setting appointments or prospecting is a plus.
  • Willingness to be trained and held accountable.
  • Excellent listening, verbal, and customer service skills.
  • Driver's License is required.
