About the position

Vantage Learning has been working with developing SaaS solutions for K-12 for over 20 years. With a mix of AI and traditional coding tools, our curriculum focused educational SaaS tools help guide teachers and students to more data driven and personalized approach to learning English, grammar, spelling and typing. This role would be reporting to the Director of Sales and working alongside senior account executives with decades of industry leading knowledge. Ready to take the next step in your sales career?

Responsibilities

  • Keep your CRM (Amped.ai) updated & optimized.
  • Collaborate with other account executives & marketing teams to keep your pipeline full and active.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers. (Directors of curriculum)
  • Deliver engaging product demos and tailored SaaS solutions to potential clients.
  • Graduate to take on more autonomy, driving the entire sales process—from prospecting to closing.
  • Negotiate contracts & pricing to drive revenue while ensuring customer success.

Requirements

  • 6+ months as an SDR (or similar role) in a SaaS/tech company.
  • A proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for clients.
  • A self-motivated, results-driven mindset.
