Currently, we are actively seeking the next generation of Enterprise Sales Development Representatives to join our team, focusing specifically on the US region. This role is ideal for driven and ambitious individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our mission forward and making a lasting impact in the industry. Your contributions will be vital in shaping the future of aftermarket solutions, and you will be expected to proactively generate sales leads, identify opportunities by understanding customer needs and processes, and craft compelling narratives to engage potential clients. You will also be responsible for maintaining contact through networking, building and educating Syncron executives on potential opportunities in the region, and articulating Syncron's value proposition through various communication channels. In this role, collaboration across departments will be essential to enhance lead generation, and you will develop sales strategies through thorough research and analysis. We are looking for candidates with 2-4 years of sales or business development experience, particularly in enterprise software, with a focus on supply chain, pricing, or field service management. Experience with SaaS solutions is preferred, and candidates should possess strong skills in lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, and closing. Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must, along with the ability to engage confidently with high-level executives. Proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce.com is required, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent is necessary for this position.

  • Strong skills in lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, and closing
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to engage with high-level executives confidently
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce.com
