About the position

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Overjet plays a crucial role in driving growth and revenue by identifying and qualifying high-value leads within strategic accounts in the dental industry. This position involves collaboration with Account Executives and Growth Marketing to execute inbound and outbound prospecting strategies, making it a strategic role for individuals with an ownership mentality and a drive for success.

Responsibilities

  • Drive pipeline growth using various strategies, including cold calling and emailing.
  • Work closely with Account Executives to conduct demos, map out partnerships, and deliver compelling pitches.
  • Build Overjet's profile in the dental industry by establishing partnerships and creative channels to reach clients.
  • Drive partnerships and client deals to completion by supporting negotiations, resolving issues, and building relationships.
  • Create compelling presentations, analysis, and project tracking documents.
  • Represent the Overjet team at key conferences and events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 2 years of work experience, with a minimum of 1 year in a sales development/business development role.
  • Experience pitching a complex SaaS product.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technical, and mission-focused environment.
