About the position

The Sales Development Representative at Forest River by Camping World plays a crucial role in driving sales and fostering customer relationships. This position is focused on maximizing sales opportunities through effective communication and customer engagement, contributing to the overall sales initiative of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Maximize sales opportunities and traffic through the internet sales department
  • Adhere to scripts and talking points for phone calls
  • Outbound call 8-10 customers per hour to schedule sales appointments
  • Record and manage prospective customer information through the CRM
  • Maintain knowledge of current marketing campaigns
  • Track personal results including appointments, calls, sales, and engagements using the CRM system
  • Work closely with the Business Development Manager to improve departmental results
  • Aid in managing online reputation through review sites and social media outlets

Requirements

  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Results-driven and motivated for sales
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Effective time management to reach goals
  • Ability to multi-task with strong organizational skills
  • Prior CRM experience and computer savvy
  • Previous sales experience is a plus
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices
