About the position

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team. This part-time role focuses on identifying and generating new business opportunities through various outreach methods, primarily outbound calling. The representative will engage potential clients and nurture leads to support the sales team in achieving their targets.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services.
  • Utilize phone sales techniques to generate interest and qualify leads.
  • Perform warm calling to follow up with previous contacts and maintain relationships.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with potential clients to facilitate business development.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless transition of qualified leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English; Spanish language skills are a plus.
  • Experience in technology sales.
  • Excellent outbound calling skills with a persuasive communication style.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals with potential clients.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing leads and follow-ups.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
