About the position

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Loadsure is responsible for identifying and screening potential partners who can benefit from the company's products and services. This role focuses on refining the pipeline of new trading relationships and supporting the conversion of prospects into clients. The SDR will engage in stakeholder management and communication, requiring a self-driven, high-energy professional who is passionate about industry disruption and performance-driven rewards.

Responsibilities

  • Identify the needs of prospects and suggest appropriate products or services
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain integrity of customer information in the client system
  • Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
  • Utilise Salesforce, cold calls, and email to generate new sales opportunities
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives
  • Report to sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
  • Day to day project administration including input into the project management system
  • Gain knowledge of the full range of resources available and use this to develop a broad understanding of the business
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to contribute to accounts, team, and business

Requirements
