  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM and provide regular updates to the sales team.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a Sales Development Representative or customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a confident phone presence.
  • Highly self-motivated, with a positive attitude and a passion for achieving sales goals.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and familiarity with LinkedIn, Zoom, and email outreach tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
