We are currently seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and technology, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role involves conducting outbound calls to potential customers, utilizing social media to introduce our products and services, and developing and maintaining relationships with local business owners. The Sales Development Representative will also enhance the profiles of all clients they interact with and provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Collaboration with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets is also a key responsibility of this position.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services

  • Develop and maintain relationships with local business owners
  • Enhance the profiles of all clients that you interact with
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field
  • Familiarity with technology sales, software, and market trends
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to work in an inside sales environment
  • Prior experience in outbound calling and customer service is advantageous
