About the position

Breaker19 Logistics is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in Houston, TX. This position is pivotal as you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, playing a crucial role in driving our sales pipeline. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for sales and a knack for building relationships. As an SDR, you will identify and research potential clients through various channels, including email and phone, and conduct outbound calls and emails to qualify leads and set up appointments for the sales team. You will develop a deep understanding of our products and services, effectively communicating their value to potential clients. Collaboration with the sales and marketing teams will be essential as you help develop and implement lead generation strategies. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system is a key responsibility, as is following up with leads to nurture relationships and ensure they move through the sales pipeline. You will be expected to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and appointment setting targets, contributing to the overall success of the company.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a high demand role of customer outreach.
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
