Nava offers services to individuals both in-person and remotely, providing comprehensive care regardless of location. Founded in 2014, Nava began with the mission to help clients transform their health and has since grown to serve over 45,000 individuals. Each Nava Health center is comprised of a team of highly skilled Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Registered Nurses, Medical Assistants, Phlebotomists, Nutritionists, Acupuncturists, and Massage Therapists. Together, we collaborate to optimize health through our revolutionary and integrative approach to total body health and wellness. Nava is looking for a Sales Representative who is passionate about sales and enhancing the NAVA membership experience. This position involves responding to prospect inquiries, scheduling intake appointments, sharing NAVA's Core Values, and ultimately enrolling new members. The primary responsibility includes converting inbound prospect calls and online prospects into NAVA clients.

Responsibilities

  • Assess customer needs and review relevant services and therapies with prospects.
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of products and services.
  • Remains up to date on product and service offerings as NAVA expands.
  • Achieve sales and membership goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Works collaboratively across different departments.
  • Build productive and trusting client relationships.
  • Make improvement recommendations to drive sales and increase revenue.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience in product sales, membership sales, or similar sales role.
  • Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • History of hitting sales goals and quota.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • High energy and outgoing personality.
  • Strong technical literacy.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
