About the position

The position involves prospecting new business opportunities for Check Point Software Technologies, a leading vendor in Cyber Security. The role focuses on engaging with a defined list of accounts or a specific geographic territory, utilizing outbound calls and emails to generate leads and drive sales. The candidate will collaborate closely with the Marketing and Field Sales teams to follow up on leads and participate in team activities, contributing to the overall success of the sales organization.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect new business via outbound calls and emails to a defined list of Check Point accounts or a geographic territory.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to follow up on generated leads.
  • Work closely with the Field Sales Team, participating in team calls, meetings, and area conferences.
  • Utilize product knowledge and active listening skills to identify customer needs and opportunities.
  • Track and measure daily sales goals and metrics using Salesforce.com.

Requirements

  • Goal-oriented individual with a proven track record of past successes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Salesforce.com experience is preferred but not required.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
