About the position

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is a part-time role focused on driving sales and generating leads through direct interactions with potential and existing customers. The SDR serves as the initial point of contact for customers, providing detailed information about services, offers, and promotions while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Travel within assigned sales territory to engage with prospects and customers, raising brand awareness and creating sales opportunities.
  • Attend public events to identify potential leads and promote the company.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and repeat customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales leads and customer interactions.
  • Educate customers on the benefits of the company's products and services.
  • Promote and sell the company's maintenance program, while generating leads for the sales and service departments.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to better understand customer needs.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to enhance brand visibility and support business growth.

Requirements

  • Sales experience preferred, but not required.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
  • Proven ability to build rapport and maintain customer relationships.
  • Effective persuasive and negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities.
  • Proficient in using technology, equipment, and software relevant to the role.
  • Ability to travel frequently as needed.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
