About the position

The Sales Development Representative plays a crucial role in driving growth for CleanNet of New Jersey by identifying new leads, fostering relationships, and scheduling meetings for the sales team. This position requires strong communication skills, a solid understanding of sales tactics, and a passion for engaging potential customers in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Use various strategies such as cold calling, networking, and online research to identify and build a pipeline of potential clients.
  • Explore market opportunities, assess customer needs, and tailor outreach strategies to best position our offerings.
  • Schedule meetings between interested prospects and our experienced sales representatives for consultations and demonstrations.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth and cohesive experience for clients throughout the sales journey.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, lead progress, competitive insights, and sales activities within the CRM.
  • Partner with the sales team to create and execute inbound and outbound lead generation strategies that drive new client acquisition.

Requirements

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with potential clients.
  • Resilience in handling objections and follow-up persistence with prospects.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and sales tools for managing client data and tracking progress.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on relationship-building.
  • Experience in inside sales, account management, and lead generation.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Nice-to-haves
