About the position

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at XSolutions plays a crucial role in supporting the company's growth by actively seeking out and engaging potential customer prospects. This position involves making outbound calls, managing prospect lists, and assisting in direct mail campaigns, all aimed at enhancing the company's client base and service outreach.

Responsibilities

  • Making 100 dials per day to prospects and building a list of potential customers.
  • Cleaning and/or scraping 125 company contacts per week to grow the prospect list.
  • Managing the company Excel file with both raw and cleaned lists of prospects.
  • Packing envelopes for direct mail campaigns to prospects on the cleaned list.
  • Performing additional job duties as required.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a phone representative making outbound calls.
  • Basic computer skills including proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven individual.
  • Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks.
  • Clear communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in sales or customer service roles.
  • Familiarity with IT services and cybersecurity solutions.
