Responsibilities

  • Conduct 100+ proactive outreach efforts daily, including cold calls, emails, and social media engagement to identify potential clients.
  • Understand each client's unique challenges and offer custom financial solutions like merchant cash advances or business loans to meet their needs.
  • Foster long-term partnerships with clients, helping them succeed and ensuring continued business.
  • Consistently drive 10+ new business accounts monthly, pushing yourself to surpass ambitious sales goals.
  • Keep informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts, positioning our financial products as the go-to solutions.
  • Work hand-in-hand with our sales and marketing teams to execute winning strategies and maximize your results.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, B2B, or financial services.
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A competitive, results-driven mindset—you're hungry to win.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
