About the position

The Sales Development Representative at Pacific Office Automation is responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound cold calling and face-to-face prospecting. This role involves preparing for daily activities, conducting sales training, and building relationships with clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions. The position emphasizes customer service and aims to secure appointments with key decision-makers to drive sales growth.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and plan daily activities and attend sales training/team meetings.
  • Conduct outbound cold calling to set face-to-face appointments with clients.
  • Learn and demonstrate the benefits of all of POA's products, services, and solutions to clients.
  • Develop and present proposals tailored to individual client needs.
  • Ensure outstanding customer service through regular client follow-up.
  • Seek out new customers and partner with existing ones daily.
  • Identify and establish relationships with key decision-makers to secure new business.
  • Field prospecting face-to-face and virtually every day.
