Responsibilities

  • Acquire new customers through door-to-door relationship building and community events
  • Focus on new and existing communities within targeted growth markets
  • Build a vast network of referral partners to engage prospective customers
  • Develop relationships with homebuilders, homeowner associations, and housing community groups within an assigned territory
  • Sell Spectrum's products at an exceptional value to customers
  • Participate in sales meetings and training with the team
  • Work outdoors in various weather conditions, including rain or shine, and maintain a flexible schedule.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Effective communication, listening, relationship-building, and multi-tasking skills
  • Willingness to learn about products and comfortable having sales conversations about technology
  • Ability to work independently, be results-oriented, persuasive, and maintain a positive attitude
  • Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.

Nice-to-haves

  • 2+ years of sales or relevant work experience
