About the position

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) position at LTT Partners is a full-time, on-site role located in Eugene, OR. This role is pivotal in driving the company's sales efforts by focusing on inside sales, lead generation, and business development. The SDR will work closely with the sales team to identify and qualify new leads, as well as build and maintain relationships with potential clients. The primary responsibility of the SDR is to make cold calls throughout the day to discover new opportunities and schedule appointments for the sales team. This position is designed for individuals who are eager to grow into an Account Executive role, providing ample training and development opportunities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge. In this role, the SDR will be responsible for understanding customer needs and setting up appointments to address various business technology needs, including Wireless & Mobility, Physical Security, Low Voltage Electrical, Cloud + Voice + Data, and fleet management products. The SDR will also be tasked with organizing daily, weekly, and monthly activities using G-Suite applications, tracking and reporting prospects in a structured funnel, and managing new customer relationships. The ideal candidate will possess a strong desire to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a passion for technology. The SDR will be expected to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, showcasing their ability to explain complex technology solutions in an understandable manner. This role requires a proactive approach to cold calling and a drive to meet and exceed sales goals. Responsibilities

  • Make cold calls to generate new leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Understand customer needs and set up appointments to address business technology needs.
  • Identify and qualify prospects within the respective territory to drive additional sales opportunities.
  • Organize daily, weekly, and monthly activities using G-Suite applications.
  • Track and report prospects in a 30, 60, 90 day funnel and manage new customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Experience in inside sales, lead generation, and business development.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce.
  • High School Diploma or GED.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in the tech or software industry.
  • Business acquisition experience, including prospecting/cold calling.
  • Two or more years of business-to-business or outside sales experience.
  • SaaS sales experience.
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to drive sales teams.
