The Sales Development Representative (SDR) position at LTT Partners is a full-time, on-site role located in Eugene, OR. This role is pivotal in driving the company's sales efforts by focusing on inside sales, lead generation, and business development. The SDR will work closely with the sales team to identify and qualify new leads, as well as build and maintain relationships with potential clients. The primary responsibility of the SDR is to make cold calls throughout the day to discover new opportunities and schedule appointments for the sales team. This position is designed for individuals who are eager to grow into an Account Executive role, providing ample training and development opportunities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge. In this role, the SDR will be responsible for understanding customer needs and setting up appointments to address various business technology needs, including Wireless & Mobility, Physical Security, Low Voltage Electrical, Cloud + Voice + Data, and fleet management products. The SDR will also be tasked with organizing daily, weekly, and monthly activities using G-Suite applications, tracking and reporting prospects in a structured funnel, and managing new customer relationships. The ideal candidate will possess a strong desire to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a passion for technology. The SDR will be expected to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, showcasing their ability to explain complex technology solutions in an understandable manner.
