About the position

Mujin is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team, focusing on driving growth through lead generation, sales qualification, and customer outreach. This role involves collaborating with a world-class team to tackle challenging technical problems and deliver cutting-edge solutions in the field of industrial robotics.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound sales calls and make outbound calls to potential customers
  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Salesforce to identify and target potential customers for cold outreach
  • Manage the initial sales qualification process for marketing leads
  • Assist with Salesforce data compliance to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through research and outreach
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies
  • Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for qualified leads with the sales team
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and campaign effectiveness

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the technical sales or SaaS space
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Salesforce
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
