The Sales Development Representative at Motorola Solutions plays a crucial role in driving sales growth by following up on leads and building a pipeline for the North American Government Sales organization. Responsibilities

  • Run call cadences using an automated dialer to educate potential customers on the value of our solutions and drive interest in initial conversations.
  • Ask targeted questions to build rapport with prospects and identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with seasoned sales professionals to develop key stakeholder interest and understand the needs of various customer profiles.
  • Re-engage lapsed leads by introducing new product features and bringing them back into the sales funnel.
  • Record prospect interactions and update records within the CRM.

Requirements

  • Graduating with a Bachelor's degree on or before July 2025 OR 1+ years of sales/customer service experience.
  • Ability to articulate value propositions via phone, video, email, and social networking platforms.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional note-taking and task management skills.
  • Highly motivated, passionate, and results-driven.
