About the position

The Sales Development Representative at A.R.M. Solutions is an entry-level position focused on lead generation for the sales team. This role involves cold-calling businesses, collaborating with the marketing department, and building a sales pipeline. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication skills, eager to develop their sales career in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Research, identify, and prospect for new clients to help build the prospect database.
  • Organize prospects into a workable system and manageable pipeline.
  • Convert qualified prospects into booked appointments for senior sales staff.
  • Understand and discuss the benefits of A.R.M. Solutions programs across different verticals.
  • Articulate the value proposition of A.R.M. Solutions to decision-makers across multiple industries.
  • Promote A.R.M. Solutions programs with various management levels and professionals.
  • Adopt a program-focused approach and adapt to upcoming priorities.
  • Utilize technology to build context for meaningful conversations.
  • Log and maintain activity in Salesforce.com.
  • Monitor progression toward individual and team goals via reporting.

Requirements

  • Experience with making outbound phone calls is a must.
  • Knowledge of marketing techniques and databases used in marketing is a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus.
  • Success in establishing relationships over the phone or in similar scenarios.
