About the position

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Parallel Staff plays a crucial role in driving sales growth within the IT sector. This position focuses on generating leads, nurturing prospects, and setting appointments for Account Executives. The SDR will leverage their bilingual skills in Spanish and English to connect with potential clients and contribute to the company's success through effective outreach and relationship building.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to identify potential clients in target markets and industries.
  • Utilize email, phone calls, and social media to engage with prospects and introduce IT solutions.
  • Assess and qualify leads based on specific criteria to ensure alignment with the ideal customer profile.
  • Schedule meetings with qualified leads, ensuring a smooth handoff to Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in the CRM system, tracking metrics to measure success.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align messaging and campaigns, providing feedback on lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to effectively communicate the company's value proposition.

Requirements

  • Bilingual - Fluent in both English and Spanish.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales or lead generation role, preferably in IT outsourcing services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and sales engagement tools.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Understanding of IT concepts and technologies.
