About the position

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) role at AllCaps is designed for ambitious sales professionals who are eager to contribute to an innovative AI + Human sales approach. This position focuses on lead generation across various industries, allowing representatives to engage in both Sales Development Representative (SDR) and Business Development Representative (BDR) tasks. The role emphasizes personalized outreach, collaboration with sales teams, and leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity while maintaining a human touch in interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the human counterpart in our AI + Human offering, providing high-touch, personalized outreach that complements AI-driven automation.
  • Perform both SDR and BDR duties, including generating leads, qualifying prospects, and setting meetings with potential clients.
  • Engage in cold calling, email outreach, and social selling across various platforms to generate interest and qualify leads for our clients.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handoffs and consistent follow-ups.
  • Monitor performance metrics and adjust outreach strategies to improve results over time.
  • Leverage our AI tools to enhance productivity while bringing the human touch to every interaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers on behalf of our clients, nurturing leads until they are ready to close.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales development (SDR/BDR) or a related role.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • A self-starter with a passion for delivering results and a high level of initiative.
  • Experience working with sales tools such as CRM systems, email automation tools, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Ability to handle high-volume outreach while maintaining a focus on quality interactions.
  • Comfort in working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • Prior experience in B2B SaaS sales is a plus.
  • Resilience and a positive attitude to thrive in a competitive market.
