We are seeking a full-time Sales Development Representative to join our Austin team. This role is crucial for driving our growth by delivering a world-class sales experience to new prospects. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for setting qualified appointments for our Project Consultant Team using various communication channels such as phone, email, and LinkedIn. You will play a key role in building and managing a pipeline for the sales team, ensuring that we meet our growth targets and provide exceptional service to our clients. In this position, you will engage in cold calling to qualify potential leads by uncovering their current or future office furniture needs, budget, and timeline. You will also handle inbound inquiries via phone or our company website, answering questions about CultureSpace by sharing our mission, values, and dedication to our clients.
