About the position

Momentum Solar is seeking exceptional Inside Sales Representatives to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This entry-level position offers a potential six-figure income with ample opportunities for growth within the company. As an Inside Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to establish initial connections with potential clients over the phone, coordinating appointments for our solar consultants in the field. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced sales environment. The position begins with an intensive 2-3 week training course that covers all aspects of the job, ensuring you are well-equipped to succeed. Continuous retraining and daily call reviews will be provided by your supervisor to help you refine your skills. As you develop your lead generation abilities, you will have the opportunity to transition from the entry-level team to more experienced teams, which will enhance your earning potential and provide the foundational education necessary for career advancement. Momentum Solar prides itself on providing the necessary tools and support for your success, and as you progress, you may find opportunities in management, other departments, or even promotions to become a solar consultant within our sales division. Responsibilities

  • Consistent phone calls to potential clients through outbound calls
  • Deliver a sales pitch over the phone to create appointments for our solar consultants
  • Identify prospective clients through the database, referrals, and other lists
  • Participation in ongoing training and coaching with manager and team
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly goal targets

Requirements

  • Able to work remotely while having a quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • MUST HAVE a reliable computer with high-speed internet connection (At least 8GB RAM, Intel i5 CPU Minimum or AMD equivalent 2.0ghz Quad core or better)
  • Proven experience in a sales-oriented environment (preferred but not required)
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection professionally
  • Have a professional manner and be experts at establishing rapport with clients quickly
  • Be able to validate prospective customer's contact and home information in CRM system while maintaining confidentiality
  • Must live in Texas, Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, or Pennsylvania
