The Inside Sales Representative will play a crucial role in supporting business growth by converting customer prospects into qualified leads. This position requires strong persuasion skills and a passion for engaging with people, making it ideal for those looking to advance their sales career.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and send qualified leads to inbound sales representatives for client conversion.
  • Report on key performance and sales metrics monthly and quarterly to ensure sales goals are met.
  • Maintain the client database to ensure the sales team has access to current information on all leads.
  • Identify new business opportunities within a specific geography.
  • Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, or other forms of communication to funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Strong time management, communication (both written and verbal), and interpersonal skills.
  • Two years of previous sales experience.
  • Possess a valid U.S. driver's license and be able to travel by car.
